Dr. Caitlin Porubsky
Dr. Caitlin Porubsky earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University before completing her medical degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Porubsky began her training with a Traditional Rotating Internship at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Porubsky entered the medicine world with a strong interest in dermatology, and this focus lead to her completing a Research Fellowship at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. This fellowship was in Cutaneous Oncology, and focused on melanoma. Dr. Porubsky will serve as the chief resident in the dermatology residency program at Goodman Dermatology come July 1st, 2018
As part of the Goodman Dermatology team, her mission is to provide each of her patients with high quality, personalized and compassionate care for all their dermatology needs.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Porubsky enjoys spending time with family, running with her Golden Retriever, kayaking, snowboarding, and traveling when possible.
